* We never ask you to mail your photos to us. When restoring your photos, or creating any other photo projects, we request that you scan your photos at least 200% of the original size and at 300 ppi and send them as an e-mail attachment. If you do not have a scanner, you can bring them to us and we will scan them while you wait. If that is inconvenient, only then, will we have to resort to having the photos mailed to us or left with us to scan.
** Quality restoration cannot greatly exceed the original photo. If the original photo is blurry or grainy, then perfection cannot be obtained.
